What is CVE-2018-16773?

EasyCMS 1.5 is susceptible to a Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability, which occurs via the index.php endpoint. An attacker can exploit this weakness by manipulating the 'content' field in the specific API call at index.php?s=/admin/fields/update/navTabId/listfields/callbackType/closeCurrent. This allows unauthorized users to inject malicious scripts into web pages viewed by other users, leading to potential data theft and session hijacking.
