What is CVE-2018-18428?

The TP-Link TL-SC3130 1.6.18P12_121101 devices are susceptible to a vulnerability that permits unauthorized access to real-time streaming protocol (RTSP) streams. Attackers can exploit this flaw to access RTSP streams without any authentication, potentially allowing malicious users to view video footage without consent.
