What is CVE-2018-18428?

The TP-Link TL-SC3130 1.6.18P12_121101 devices are susceptible to a vulnerability that permits unauthorized access to real-time streaming protocol (RTSP) streams. Attackers can exploit this flaw to access RTSP streams without any authentication, potentially allowing malicious users to view video footage without consent. This issue can be triggered through specific URIs, such as the /jpg/image.jpg endpoint, thereby exposing sensitive content from affected cameras and creating significant privacy and security risks.
