What is CVE-2018-18668?

An XSS vulnerability in GNUBOARD5 versions prior to 5.3.2.0 allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts or HTML via the 'homepage title' parameter in the adm/config_form_update.php file. This flaw could be exploited to execute malicious scripts in the context of the affected user’s session, leading to potential data compromise or unauthorized actions.
