What is CVE-2018-18676?

In GNUBOARD5 version 5.3.1.9, a Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability exists that allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts or HTML. This can be exploited via the 'mobile board tail contents' parameter in the adm/board_form_update.php file, specifically the bo_mobile_content_tail parameter. Attackers can leverage this vulnerability to execute malicious scripts in the context of a victim's browser, posing significant security risks to the affected systems and users.
