What is CVE-2018-19386?

The SolarWinds Database Performance Analyzer version 11.1.457 is vulnerable to a Reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attack. In this instance, the 'idcStateError' component improperly reflects the 'page' parameter into the HREF attribute of the 'Try Again' button. An attacker can exploit this flaw by crafting a malicious URL that, when accessed, will invoke the vulnerability, potentially allowing the execution of arbitrary scripts in the context of the user's browser.
