A security vulnerability in Subrion CMS version 4.2.1 allows attackers to exploit improper file handling that permits the upload of arbitrary PHP code through .pht or .phar files. The absence of necessary restrictions in the .htaccess file can lead to unauthorized remote code execution, potentially compromising the server and leading to further security breaches.
