What is CVE-2018-19449?

A vulnerability in Foxit Reader SDK (ActiveX) Professional 5.4.0.1031 allows for a File Write to occur due to the improper handling of the JavaScript API Doc.exportAsFDF when processing specially crafted PDF files.
