An unauthenticated path traversal vulnerability exists in Dicoogle PACS Web Server, enabling remote attackers to access arbitrary files on the underlying operating system. By crafting a specific request to the /exportFile endpoint with the UID parameter, attackers may successfully exploit this weakness to disclose sensitive information stored on the server, thus posing a significant security risk for organizations relying on this software.
