NovaRad NovaPACS Diagnostics Viewer version 8.5.19.75 suffers from an XML External Entity (XXE) injection vulnerability. This flaw arises from the improper handling of XML preference import settings, enabling attackers to craft specially designed XML files that include DTD parameter entities. Such malicious files can exploit the system by retrieving arbitrary files through an out-of-band channel, potentially leading to unauthorized data disclosure and significant security risks.
