What is CVE-2018-25156?

Teradek Cube version 7.3.6 is vulnerable to a cross-site request forgery (CSRF) attack, enabling unauthorized individuals to change administrative passwords without the necessary validation of requests. This vulnerability arises when attackers create a malicious web page containing hidden forms that can submit password change requests directly to the system configuration interface, bypassing normal security mechanisms. As a result, administrators may unknowingly execute malicious actions, compromising the integrity and security of the device.
