What is CVE-2018-25168?

The Precurio Intranet Portal 2.0 is affected by a cross-site request forgery vulnerability that enables attackers to create administrative user accounts without necessary validation. This is achieved by sending crafted POST requests to the /public/admin/user/submitnew endpoint, permitting unauthorized creation of admin accounts by circumventing CSRF token requirements and user interaction. Such a flaw can lead to significant security risks, allowing attackers to gain elevated privileges and potentially exploit the system further.
