What is CVE-2018-25227?

Valentina Studio version 9.0.4 contains a vulnerability that enables local attackers to induce a denial of service by sending an excessively long string in the Host field. This exploit can be executed by appending a 256-byte buffer filled with repeated characters into the Host parameter during server connection attempts, resulting in the application crashing and disrupting operations.
