What is CVE-2018-25228?

NetSetMan version 4.7.1 is susceptible to a buffer overflow in its Workgroup feature. This vulnerability allows local attackers to exploit the application by supplying oversized input, resulting in a denial of service condition. By crafting a malicious configuration file with excessive data and pasting it into the Workgroup field, attackers can cause the application to crash, disrupting normal operations.
