What is CVE-2018-25287?

Drive Power Manager 1.10 has a vulnerability in its handling of input which can be exploited via a buffer overflow. Attackers can input an excessively long string into the Name field—up to 6000 bytes—which could lead to a denial of service by crashing the application when the Register action is triggered.
