What is CVE-2018-25317?

The Tenda W3002R, A302, and W309R wireless routers running version V5.07.64_en exhibit a vulnerability related to cookie session validation. This flaw allows unauthenticated attackers to send crafted GET requests to the /goform/AdvSetDns endpoint, enabling them to alter DNS settings. By exploiting this vulnerability, an attacker could redirect user traffic to malicious DNS servers, potentially leading to various forms of cyber attacks, including phishing and data interception.
