What is CVE-2018-25368?

Nord VPN version 6.14.31 is susceptible to a denial of service vulnerability that can be exploited by attackers without authentication. This vulnerability arises when an attacker inputs an excessively long string into the password field, leading to an application crash during authentication attempts. By submitting a buffer of repeated characters, attackers can disrupt the normal operation of the application, creating potential service downtime for users.
