What is CVE-2018-25370?

Admidio 3.3.5 is susceptible to a cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerability that can be exploited by low-privileged users to escalate their permissions. This flaw arises from inadequate checks on the origin of requests made to roles_function.php. Attackers can leverage this by crafting malicious HTML forms that manipulate parameters such as rol_assign_roles, rol_approve_users, and rol_edit_user, allowing them to perform unauthorized actions without proper authentication.
