What is CVE-2018-25399?

The Open ISES Project version 3.30A is susceptible to an SQL injection flaw, enabling unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary SQL queries via the tick_lat and tick_lng parameters. By sending specially crafted GET requests to nearby.php, attackers can manipulate SQL queries, potentially leaking sensitive information such as usernames, database names, and version details.
