What is CVE-2018-3036?

The vulnerability in the Oracle Banking Corporate Lending component of Oracle Financial Services Applications allows a low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to manipulate sensitive data. This flaw enables unauthorized operations such as update, insert, or deletion of accessible data, as well as unauthorized read access to a portion of the accessible data. Additionally, this vulnerability can lead to a partial denial of service, compromising the overall integrity of the Oracle Banking Corporate Lending system across the affected versions.
