What is CVE-2018-3051?

An authorization bypass vulnerability exists in the Oracle FLEXCUBE Enterprise Limits and Collateral Management component. This flaw permits low-privileged attackers with network access through HTTP to gain unauthorized access, potentially leading to the creation, deletion, or modification of critical data.
