Summary

A vulnerability in the Hyperion Common Events component of Oracle Hyperion allows unauthenticated users with network access via HTTP to compromise the system. Although the vulnerability is isolated to Hyperion Common Events, successful exploitation can lead to unauthorized updates, inserts, or deletions of accessible data, as well as unauthorized reading of certain data sets. Human interaction is required from another user for the attack to succeed, further complicating the mitigation of potential impacts across additional products relying on this component.
