What is CVE-2018-4887?
A buffer overflow issue has been found in Adobe Acrobat Reader that allows reading beyond the end of the target buffer. This problem occurs when processing Enhanced Metafile Format (EMF) data during image conversion, specifically within the Unicode mapping module. Exploiting this vulnerability may allow attackers to expose sensitive data from the application's memory.
