Summary
A vulnerability exists in F5 BIG-IP versions 13.1.0 through 13.1.0.5, caused by the default settings for Large Receive Offload (LRO) and SYN cookies. When specific undisclosed traffic patterns are encountered, it may lead to the Traffic Management Microkernel (TMM) restarting unexpectedly. This can disrupt services and expose systems to denial-of-service conditions.
