What is CVE-2018-5787?

A vulnerability has been detected in the Extreme Networks ExtremeWireless WiNG product line, particularly affecting versions prior to 5.8.6.9 and 5.9.1.3. This issue allows for a remote unauthenticated stack overflow in the Radio Interface Module (RIM) process, which processes specially crafted packets sent to the WiNG Access Point.
