What is CVE-2018-6328?

An issue was identified in Unitrends Backup prior to version 10.1.0 where the user interface was susceptible to an authentication bypass. This vulnerability allows unauthorized users to exploit the system by injecting arbitrary commands into the /api/hosts parameters using backquotes. This could lead to significant security risks if not addressed, as it permits access to sensitive functions without proper authentication.
