What is CVE-2018-6336?

A vulnerability exists in Osquery that allows a maliciously crafted Universal/fat binary to bypass third-party code signing checks. This flaw arises from incomplete inspection protocols, leading users to erroneously believe that the code is legitimately signed by Apple.
