What is CVE-2018-7171?

A directory traversal vulnerability in Twonky Server versions 7.0.11 through 8.5 allows remote attackers to manipulate the contentbase parameter, leading to unauthorized access to arbitrary directories. This flaw can be exploited through specially crafted RPC requests, potentially exposing sensitive information stored in the server's file system.
