What is CVE-2018-8292?
An information disclosure vulnerability exists in .NET Core allowing sensitive authentication information to be unintentionally exposed during redirects. This vulnerability affects various versions of .NET Core, including 2.1, 1.0, 1.1, and PowerShell Core 6.0. As a result, attackers may gain unauthorized access to sensitive information which could compromise user data and system integrity.
