CVE-2018-9275
8.2HIGH
What is CVE-2018-9275?
The Yubico PAM module versions 2.18 to 2.25 contain a vulnerability where an authenticated user can cause a leak of file descriptors to the authentication mapping file during the token checking process. This flaw can potentially expose sensitive information, such as the serial numbers of Yubikey devices, and can also lead to denial-of-service conditions if the limit on file descriptors is reached, thus impacting service availability.
