A vulnerability exists in the Jenkins Nomad Plugin due to a missing permission check in the NomadCloud.DescriptorImpl#doTestConnection method. This flaw allows users with Overall/Read permission to execute a form validation method, enabling them to initiate a connection to any server specified by an attacker.
