What is CVE-2019-10331?

The Jenkins ElectricFlow Plugin prior to version 1.1.6 is susceptible to a cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerability. This flaw permits an attacker to send crafted requests to a targeted Jenkins instance, misleading it into performing actions on behalf of an unsuspecting user. By exploiting this vulnerability, attackers can connect to user-defined URLs using arbitrary credentials, potentially leading to unauthorized access and manipulation of the system.
