What is CVE-2019-10439?

A vulnerability exists in the Jenkins CRX Content Package Deployer Plugin versions 1.8.1 and earlier due to a missing permission check. This flaw allows users with Overall/Read access to enumerate the IDs of credentials stored within Jenkins using several 'doFillCredentialsIdItems' methods. As a result, unauthorized users may gain information about sensitive credentials, potentially leading to further exploitation.
