What is CVE-2019-11006?

The vulnerability in GraphicsMagick allows an attacker to trigger a heap-based buffer over-read in the ReadMIFFImage function within coders/miff.c. This can lead to significant risks such as denial of service or unauthorized information disclosure when processing specially crafted RLE packets.
