What is CVE-2019-11018?

In ThinkAdmin V4.0, an issue exists in the application where changes to an administrator's password do not invalidate their existing cookie-based credentials. This can potentially allow unauthorized access to an administrator's account due to the persistence of user sessions, compromising the security integrity of the platform.
