What is CVE-2019-11447?
A vulnerability exists in CuteNews version 2.1.2 that allows attackers to execute arbitrary code on the server through the avatar upload feature. By exploiting weaknesses in the handling of the $imgsize variable within the dashboard module, an attacker can manipulate the avatar_file field to bypass security controls.
