What is CVE-2019-11830?

The PharMetaDataInterceptor within the PharStreamWrapper package versions prior to 2.1.1 (2.x) and 3.1.1 (3.x) for TYPO3 contains a vulnerability that improperly handles the parsing of Phar stubs. This flaw could allow attackers to circumvent the deserialization protection mechanisms put in place, posing a potential risk for exploitation.
