What is CVE-2019-12407?

Apache JSPWiki versions prior to 2.11.0.M4 are susceptible to an XSS vulnerability due to insufficient validation of the 'remember' parameter in certain JSPs. This flaw allows attackers to craft malicious plugin link invocations, enabling them to execute arbitrary JavaScript code in the context of the affected user’s browser. As a result, attackers could potentially access sensitive information from the victim, posing significant risks to users’ security and privacy.
