What is CVE-2019-12494?

In versions of Gardener prior to 0.20.0, an access control misconfiguration in seed clusters enables potential information disclosure. This vulnerability arises from the inability to properly restrict HTTP GET requests originating from one shoot cluster to other foreign shoot clusters. The flaw exists due to a failure to block traffic from shoot to seed clusters via the VPN endpoint, potentially allowing attackers to exploit this weakness.
