What is CVE-2019-13276?
The TRENDnet TEW-827DRU router is susceptible to a stack-based buffer overflow in its ssi binary. This vulnerability allows an unauthenticated user to execute arbitrary code by sending a long query string via POST requests to valid CGI, TXT, ASP, or JS files. The flaw can be exploited both locally within a network and remotely if the remote administration feature is enabled, posing significant security risks to the device and the network it serves.
