What is CVE-2019-13498?

The vulnerability in One Identity Cloud Access Manager 8.1.3 arises from the lack of HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) implementation. This absence opens the door for potential man-in-the-middle (MITM) attacks, where an attacker can intercept communication between the user and the server, leading to possible data breaches or unauthorized access. Users are advised to update to version 8.1.4, which rectifies this security issue.

Exploit Proof of Concept (PoC)

PoC code is written by security researchers to demonstrate the vulnerability can be exploited. PoC code is also a key component for weaponization which could lead to ransomware.
