What is CVE-2019-13548?

The CODESYS V3 web server, in all versions before 3.5.14.10, is susceptible to a stack overflow vulnerability. This flaw allows attackers to issue specially crafted HTTP or HTTPS requests that may lead to a denial-of-service condition or enable remote code execution on the affected system.
