What is CVE-2019-13957?

In Umbraco versions prior to 7.3.8, an SQL Injection vulnerability exists within the backoffice interface, specifically in the PageWApproveApi/GetInpectSearch method. This vulnerability is exploited by manipulating the nodeName parameter, potentially allowing an attacker to execute arbitrary SQL queries, which can lead to unauthorized data access and compromise the integrity of the database.
