A vulnerability in the Jenkins Gerrit Trigger Plugin allows attackers to execute unauthorized actions by manipulating users into submitting requests to an attacker-controlled server. This can lead to unauthorized connections to HTTP URLs or SSH servers using credentials determined by the attacker, compromising system integrity and security.
