What is CVE-2019-16552?
The Gerrit Trigger Plugin in Jenkins prior to version 2.30.1 is susceptible to a security flaw due to a missing permission check. This vulnerability allows users with Overall/Read permission to connect to arbitrary HTTP URLs or SSH servers utilizing credentials specified by the attacker. Furthermore, it enables attackers to ascertain the existence of files on the Jenkins master by providing a specific file path.
