A flaw in Jenkins Team Concert Plugin prior to version 1.3.0 allows attackers with Overall/Read permission to connect to arbitrary URLs using credentials IDs they have obtained through other means. This exposure can potentially lead to the capture of sensitive information stored within Jenkins, as attackers can access and exploit these credentials effectively.
