What is CVE-2019-16683?

A stored cross-site scripting vulnerability exists in the image-manager of Xoops version 2.5.10. When a user hovers over the breadcrumb indicating the category name while editing an image, a malicious JavaScript payload can be executed. This could allow an attacker to inject harmful scripts, which may compromise user data or exploit additional vulnerabilities within the application, highlighting a serious risk for users of this version.
