What is CVE-2019-16684?

An issue exists in the image-manager of Xoops 2.5.10, where hovering over an image with a JavaScript payload as its name can trigger the execution of that payload. This vulnerability allows attackers to exploit the system through stored cross-site scripting, potentially compromising the security of the application and its users.
