Summary

An improper neutralization of input vulnerability exists in FortiSIEM that affects the description and title parameters in the Device Maintenance Schedule. This flaw can be exploited by a remote, authenticated attacker to execute a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attack. By injecting malicious JavaScript into the description field, the attacker can execute arbitrary scripts within the context of a user’s session, potentially leading to unauthorized actions or data exposure.
