What is CVE-2019-18283?
A vulnerability exists in the Siemens SPPA-T3000 Application Server where the AdminService can be accessed without proper authentication. This flaw potentially allows an attacker to execute arbitrary code remotely by sending specially crafted objects to the server functions. To exploit this vulnerability, the attacker must have access to the Application Highway. At the time of the advisory, there was no known public exploitation of this vulnerability.
