What is CVE-2019-18311?
A vulnerability exists in the SPPA-T3000 MS3000 Migration Server that allows an attacker with network access to potentially cause a Denial-of-Service (DoS) condition. This is accomplished by sending specially crafted packets to the server's listening port 7061/tcp. Exploitation of this issue requires the attacker to have network access to the server. As of the latest advisory, there have been no known public exploitations of this vulnerability.
